Senior Operations/ Executive (Pharma/Production)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oversee the day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Manage a team of production staff and ensure efficient and timely production processes.
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet production targets and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
• Handle production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in pharmaceutical production.

Requirements:
• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment.
• Experience in managing a team of production staff.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
