About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience in trade settlement and post-trade processes across multiple markets.
This role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely settlements, managing daily transaction flows, performing reconciliations and corporate actions, resolving operational issues, and supporting system improvements, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with internal and regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor daily operations across securities, equities and other financial products, ensuring smooth execution and settlement.
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades across multiple markets, covering custodial services, reconciliations, corporate actions, trade matching, confirmations, and fund movements.
• Process daily client transactions—including trades, fund deposits/withdrawals, and securities settlements—in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform reconciliations and administer corporate action events such as dividends, interest, and other distributions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders within the Operations scope.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding, including KYC procedures and periodic reviews.
• Investigate and resolve operational or system-related issues, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and regional offices.
• Participate in system UAT and production testing, supporting system enhancements and process improvements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and AML/KYC standards.
• Monitor and update market data and client information to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Comply with group policies to mitigate operational and reputational risks.
• Support day-to-day operational matters, contribute to business initiatives, and assist in supervising daily functions as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations within a securities company, custodian, or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of Thai capital markets, including clearing & settlement processes, custody services, and familiarity with SEC/SET regulations is highly preferred
• Good command of Thai and English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, good time management, and the capability to perform under pressure
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to work
• Possesses good logical thinking
• Candidates with relevant knowledge but less experience may also be considered
