Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Operations Program Manager to lead critical initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our food delivery operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional program management skills to drive cross-functional execution and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

•
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact programs across delivery operations, logistics, customer experience, and marketplace dynamics.

Operational Strategy & Execution:

•
Identify operational bottlenecks, define scalable solutions, and lead initiatives that improve KPIs such as delivery time, order accuracy, partner experience, and cost efficiency.

•
Data-Driven Decision Making:

•
Use advanced analytics and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions. Translate complex data into actionable insights.

•
Dive Deep & Problem Solving:

•
Investigate root causes of systemic issues in delivery operations, develop hypotheses, and lead rapid iterations of improvement through experimentation and stakeholder alignment.

•
Cross-Functional Leadership:

•
Collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, finance, and external partners to ensure cohesive program execution. Drive alignment between business goals and operational needs.

•
Stakeholder Communication:

•
Communicate program status, risks, and impact to senior leadership through clear reporting, business reviews, and strategic updates.

Qualifications

•
6–10 years of experience in operations, consulting, or program management, preferably in high-growth tech, logistics, or food delivery industries.

• Native or equivalent to Native level fluent in Japanese

•
Proven ability to manage large-scale, ambiguous programs with multiple stakeholders.

•
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

•
SQL skill is strong plus

•
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to structure complex challenges and lead cross-functional teams to solutions.

•
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.

•
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus.

Preferred Attributes

•
Experience in a two-sided marketplace or last-mile logistics.

•
Prefer to have Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks.

•
Fluency in English
