Your role at Hostinger

We've just launched something big — Hostinger Horizons, an all-in-one AI partner-designer, developer, and copywriter helping users create and launch fully functional websites and web applications. As a Senior On-site SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping it's SEO strategy by creating and optimizing high-impact landing pages across multiple markets. Your focus will be on keyword research, on-page improvements, and scaling content-driven SEO initiatives in collaboration with content, design, and localization teams.

You will proactively identify and bring new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and emerging SEO trends. Your work will directly contribute to improving rankings, increasing organic traffic, and driving new billings.

We’re looking for someone analytical and hands-on, eager to test ideas, fine-tune pages, and make SEO wins happen at scale.

Your day-to-day:
• Own on-site SEO efforts within one or multiple product verticals and locales—managing performance tracking and optimization on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
• Identify scalable SEO opportunities based on data insights, competitor benchmarking, and organic search trends.
• Optimize new and existing landing pages to improve visibility, rankings, and conversions across various search intents.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover high-impact opportunities for content expansion and optimization.
• Develop a strategic approach to AI-generated content (AIO), ensuring it aligns with SEO goals, quality standards, and visibility in search.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices, applying them to content structure, internal architecture, and beyond.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Content, Localization, Websites, CRO, Off-site SEO, Product, and the Technical SEO Lead to drive unified and impactful SEO initiatives.

Your skills and experience:
• Proven hands-on experience in on-site SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth for high-traffic websites.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, prioritize based on impact, and measure performance over time.
• Experience working at scale—creating and optimizing large sets of landing pages, while also improving and maintaining key high-volume pages that drive core business results.
• Skilled in keyword research, search intent mapping, and implementing on-page strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and conversions.
• Solid understanding of how on-site SEO connects with technical and off-site SEO factors within a full-funnel approach.
• Proficient in using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and keyword rank trackers.
• Curious and growth-oriented—continuously learning from trends, search engine changes, and the evolving impact of AI and LLMs on SEO.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative—comfortable working cross-functionally with content, technical SEO, product, and CRO teams.

Compensation:
• Gross monthly salary 3000 - 4500 EUR (depending on your experience)
