Senior NPI Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Be an integrated part of the product design

• Establish NPI production lines at CM’s sites

• Lead internal and externals cross-functional teams to meet engineering aspects projects schedule

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet projects requirements

• Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes.

• Experience in leading projects with multi CMs/vendors

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process.

• Well organized and details oriented.

• Excellent English, reading, writing and presentation capabilities.

• Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses
