We’re seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer (L3) on behalf of our client.

Reporting to: Network Support Services Team Leader
What you will do:
Lead customer operations’ teams to enhance network optimization and provide architectural and design recommendations based on KPI reporting. Work closely with client’s network operations monitoring departments (NOC, SOC) providing guidelines and instructions for the implementation of best practices regarding ensuring the smooth operation of the network and resolving any issues that may arise during its operation.
Main Responsibilities:
Network Security Design and Implementation:
• Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client network and security solutions.
• Ensure best practices are followed across client projects.
• Ascertain that Projects are comprehensively documented according to Corporate policy and customer requirements
Customer Support and Operations:
• Lead customer operations on premises
• Lead Daily network operations such as: Health Check, Monitoring and analysis of relevant performance indicators and management of relevant system alerts (Performance Alarm Handling), management of technical problems and their correction (e.g. operation, security), Configuration Changes, reproduction of errors in the lab environment to facilitate the resolution process (if possible), etc.
• Orchestrate escalated Customer Incidents thus ensuring SLAs
• Manage Service Requests that require implementation
• Manage Change Requests that require design and implementation
• Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis towards implementing corrective measures to prevent future incidents.
Technical Expertise and Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
• Lead customer nonproduction testing.
What we are looking for:
• At least 5 years of work experience in network management issues (Routing, Switching) in a large organization or campus/ business environment with an extensive office network and technologies such as wired and wireless LAN, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
• At least 5 years of work experience in solutions from manufacturers (ideally Huawei).
• High level Security knowledge desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in network management in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, Oracle) is desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering).
• Experience with Huawei’s LAN and Wifi solutions and iMaster is highly desirable. Any certification in Huawei is higly desirable.
