Job Description

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, secure, and modern enterprise network solutions across cloud and on-premise environments, with a strong focus on software-defined and programmable networking.

What You Will Do:
• Design, build, and support global cloud and on-premise data center networks.

• Implement Internet, MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity solutions.

• Engineer next-generation networking solutions including cloud networking, data center architectures, and private wireless (4G/5G).

• Collaborate with architecture, deployment, operations, automation, and security teams on network design and implementation.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, templates, use cases, and acceptance testing plans.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to regional support teams.

• Support automation initiatives by contributing to scripted and programmable network deployments.

• Review and validate WAN and SD-WAN software releases, upgrades, and code testing activities.

What You Will Need:
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking platforms (Cisco, Arista, VMware, Meraki, private wireless solutions).

• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN design, configuration, load balancing, and cost optimization.

• Cloud networking experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals (ARP, DHCP, DNS, IPv6) and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF,EIGRP).

• Experience designing and managing highly available production networks.

• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in large enterprise networking environments.

•
3+ years of hands-on SD-WAN experience.

•
2+ years of cloud networking experience.

•
Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE or equivalent) preferred.

•
Cloud networking certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred.

•
Experience with wireless LAN and 4G/5G networks is an advantage.

•
Proficiency in English and Cantonese; willingness to travel occasionally.
