We are looking for a Senior .NET FullStack Engineer with React (Azure) to join our team!

Our client is a precision mental health company on a mission to make high-quality, evidence-based digital mental health support accessible at scale. Their platform transforms deep clinical expertise into trusted, personalized, and measurable digital experiences that help people improve their mental well-being. Working with digital health partner companies across the US, they combine AI, rigorous clinical science, and human-centered design to deliver meaningful real-world outcomes.

Project technical stack:

• Backend: .NET/C#, REST APIs, Auth0, third-party integrations

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, react-query, react-hook-form, tailwind, lottie (animation), jest, testing-libraty/react

• Cloud: Azure

• Data & Storage: Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Azure Storage

• DevOps, Infrastructure & CI/CD: GitHub, Azure Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain solutions across backend and frontend

• Deliver new features end-to-end with strong ownership and accountability, while maintaining and improving existing solutions

• Build secure, scalable, reliable, high-quality, and high-performance applications

• Work effectively in a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Data, AI, and Engineering stakeholders

• Communicate confidently in a multinational environment with business, engineering, marketing, and clinical stakeholders when needed

• Actively apply AI-assisted approaches across solution design, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery workflows

• Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and investigate new tools and approaches

• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong commercial experience with .NET/C#

• Strong commercial experience with React/TypeScript

• Proven full-stack delivery experience across frontend and backend systems

• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs

• Solid production experience with Microsoft Azure

• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture

• Strong understanding of version control, security best practices, and Agile methodologies

• Strong Agile delivery experience with a focus on speed and quality

• Startup mindset: adaptable, fast-moving, pragmatic

• Result-oriented mindset with ownership mentality

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to lead conversations and drive alignment

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive, responsive, and dependable with a strong ownership mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, mental health, or other regulated industries

• Experience building AI-powered product features

• Practical experience using Anthropic Claude Code to improve SDLC

• Testing and test automation experience

• Python experience

• Data engineering experience

• Strong DevOps & CI/CD practices
