Senior .NET Full Stack Developer - Hybrid

As a Senior .Net Full Stack Developer with at least 8+ years of experience, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications and microservices using modern technologies. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team, collaborating with cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and front-end developers to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET Core and Angular (v2–8).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust applications aligned with business objectives.
Utilize Azure DevOps for project management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Implement and manage SQL databases ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Develop server-side applications using Node.js and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle—from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Work Model

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core for building scalable applications.
Hands-on experience with Angular (v2–8) for dynamic and responsive UI development.
Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.
Solid knowledge of SQL for database design and optimization.
Experience with Node.js for server-side development.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud for deploying and managing applications.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Knowledge of cloud-native development and serverless architecture.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure Boards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $64,734 to $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
