We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Backend Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and remain engaged in continuous improvement initiatives that drive innovation across the organization.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience, with a primary focus on backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of OOP, software development principles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, SOA, Redis (or similar distributed caching solutions), and MS SQL.
• Experience working with messaging systems, microservices, or distributed architectures is an asset.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable server-side applications.
• Integrate and work with messaging systems, background processing tools, and distributed systems.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas to technical architecture and product strategy.
• Collaborate with team members in a highly interactive and fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to help evolve the technical landscape.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across code quality, architecture, and team processes.
