Job Summary

Senior .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable .NET applications that align with business goals and technical standards. This role works closely with business units and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring the timely delivery of both project and business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements. The Senior .NET Developer participates in system analysis, requirement validation, and solution design while maintaining high code quality and adherence to best practices. Collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail are key to driving technology solutions that support the organization’s strategic direction.

Requirements:
Your Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers across multiple projects.
Develop and maintain Web Services (SOAP and REST APIs) and Windows Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Manage and resolve high-priority production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend technical enhancements.

Primary Skills (Must Have):

• Bachelor’s Degree is a must (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field).

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework (any version)
• Proficiency with MSSQL, VB.NET, and ASP.NET
• Experience with VB6 applications (advantageous for legacy systems)
• Solid understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Windows Services
• At least 2 years of Lead experience handling multiple projects

Secondary Skills (Advantage to Have):

• Knowledge of MS Access (any version)
• Frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as GIT and JIRA
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
