Who you are

We are seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to manage and lead our development team in implementing and maintaining innovative software solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect robust solutions, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on excellence

• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable .NET solutions that meet business requirements

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application stability and optimal performance

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies within the .NET framework

• Demonstrate flexibility with availability during evening hours

• Remove periods at the end of the of each bullet

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies

• 6+ years of experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework

• 6+ years of experience with REST API and Web API services

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Angular

• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3

• Strong understanding of public cloud architectures and Agile methodologies

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
