Job Description
**Senior .NET Core / C# Engineer**

**Project Details:**
- The organization has three main teams: Front Office, Trading Platform, and Core Back End.
- This role is an additional headcount for the Front Office team, focusing on modernizing the Online Account Opening Module.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Refactor legacy applications, address technical debt, and apply modern design principles.
- Analyze business objectives, prepare action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning, decision-making, and demonstrate leadership experience (including leading a small team).
- Take on some leadership responsibilities under the guidance of the Development Lead.
- Report directly to the Development Lead from the Front Office team based in Singapore.
**Must-Have Skills:**
- Proficiency in .NET Core.
- Experience with AWS.
**Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:**
- Experience working in a financial institution.
- Exposure to tech refresh or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of microservices.
- Experience with API integrations.
