Crystal Dynamics is seeking a Senior Narrative Performance Producer to join our Narrative Production Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination and delivery processes that keep teams aligned and projects on track. You’ll demonstrate hands-on excellence while mentoring others, maintaining a high standard of quality, creativity, and collaboration in your work.

As a Senior Producer, you will:

• Create and organize roadmaps, schedules and requirements refining project management processes to ensure alignment and best practices.

• Proactively identify and address project issues, conflicts, and scope changes early, taking corrective action while maintaining team progress and alignment.

• Work with leads and directors to define budget and scope for Narrative and Cinematics with Project Leadership.

• Independently lead project management of large cross-functional teams and external teams by managing project processes, ensuring quality and timely completion.

• Collaborate across internal and external teams to align on goals, roles, and dependencies, and drive decisions that keep outcomes on track.

• Stay current on role relevant tools, techniques, and practices, applying learnings in day to day work and sharing useful updates with the team.

• Anticipate and resolve issues, standardizing workflows and improving overall efficiency.

• Develop and maintain materials such as guidelines, specifications, and workflows.

• Provide ongoing mentorship through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing, helping others build skills and confidence.

To be considered for this role, we require the following:

• Experience working as a Senior Producer (or comparable role) on a high-quality gaming title.

• Experience producing Cinematics, Managing multiple dependencies, gathering feedback, and coordinating and assisting with mocap shoots.

• Deep understanding of industry-specific tools/tech (e.g., Jira, Confluence, perforce, Miro, MS Office, etc.) and workflows.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Contributed to high-quality shipped titles (AAA, high-fidelity AA, or comparable), with involvement across most phases of development.

• Experience working on third-person action-adventure games or similar genres. 

It'll be a bonus if you also have:

• Experience in working in an environment that uses Unreal Engine.

The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states or regions, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education.
