About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing creative agency delivering multimedia content, motion graphics, and video-first storytelling for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. They work across multiple industries and channels, producing high-quality content for digital platforms and social media.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Video Editor, a “Swiss Army Knife” creative capable of handling the full spectrum of video production and post-production. This video-first role emphasizes storytelling, motion graphics, audio, color, and visual design, while occasionally supporting graphic design needs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is highly versatile, technically proficient, and thrives in a multi-disciplinary creative setting.

Your Impact

• Elevate motion graphics, titles, and animated visuals that enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure consistency of creative output across digital platforms while maintaining high-quality post-production standards.
• Streamline video workflows to meet deadlines efficiently and support client satisfaction.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment that improves creative processes and outputs.

Core Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing – 50%

• Edit compelling video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Shape narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact through strong storytelling techniques.
• Perform professional color correction and grading.
• Handle audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design integration.
• Deliver polished final outputs optimized for multiple platforms.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects – 30%

• Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, titles, and animated elements.
• Design engaging visual overlays, transitions, and branded motion systems.
• Support explainer videos, promotional content, and social media assets.
• 3D animation experience (Blender or similar) is a plus but not required.

Multimedia & Creative Support – 10%

• Contribute occasional graphic design assets for video, digital campaigns, and branding.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients on creative direction.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines.

Project Ownership – 10%

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and detail.
• Participate in creative discussions and client feedback cycles.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project needs in a fast-moving production environment.

Requirements:
Must-Haves (Required)

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, including agency or substantial freelance work (~3+ years freelance).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video storytelling, editing, motion graphics (especially 2D), color grading, and audio post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

• 3D motion/animation experience (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Graphic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Experience optimizing videos for social-first platforms.
• Client-facing presentation experience.

Tools Proficiency
