About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist to lead and expand our video and podcast strategy across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social channels. In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end production, bring a strategic approach to content planning, and play a central part in audience growth and engagement.
This is an ideal opportunity for a creative strategist who thrives at the intersection of content, analytics, and storytelling—someone who can manage execution while staying focused on performance and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead podcast production from guest booking to post-production coordination
• Design and implement a video-first content strategy to grow YouTube viewership and retention
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
• Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure on-brand, high-quality content delivery
• Create visual and promotional assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
• Draft and publish newsletters, blog content, and resource materials aligned with product goals
• Optimize media assets on web platforms (e.g., WordPress) for SEO and discoverability
• Track and analyze performance via YouTube Studio, HubSpot, and analytics tools to inform content decisions
• Engage with audiences across video and podcast platforms to build retention and loyalty
• Support customer success with educational content such as onboarding and tutorial videos
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, podcast production, or multimedia strategy
• Proven ability to grow YouTube and podcast audiences through data-driven experimentation
• Strong track record of turning long-form content into high-performing, cross-channel campaigns
• Solid understanding of SEO, YouTube algorithms, and platform-specific best practices
• Hands-on experience with content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, HubSpot, and WordPress
• Strong project management and communication skills in a fully remote work environment
• Strategic thinker with a balance of creative vision and performance focus
Additional Requirements
• Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours for live sessions, collaboration, and team syncs
