Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Multimedia Designer & Content Creator to lead design projects and mentor junior talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all design elements from conception to final delivery.
• Review the work of junior designers and provide constructive guidance and feedback.
• Design and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional content for digital and social media platforms.
• Listen to client and team design needs, develop innovative ideas, and communicate them effectively.
• Delegate design tasks and provide support to junior team members.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure only the best work is delivered to the client or employer.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven innovations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related role.
• Proven expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing advanced skills in multimedia design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience in guiding a creative team.
