Your contribution to something big:

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using both no-/low-code approaches (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) and pro-code development (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript).
• Integrate with external systems using various APIs and connectors within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and business process flows.
• Provide consulting and technical guidance to junior developers and business stakeholders on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices for development, including source control and deployment processes (e.g., using Azure DevOps).
• Stay current with the latest advancements, technology trends, and innovations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.

What distinguishes you:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer in large-scale projects, preferably with a global user base. 2+ years of experience is ideal.
• Solid understanding of both no-/low-code (Canvas and Model-driven apps, Power Automate) and pro-code (C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins) development within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate,Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are a plus.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• A strong commitment to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Experience working in an agile (Scrum) development team.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international team environment.
• Fluent in English.
