Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer (m/f/d)

JOIN OUR TEAM:
As Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer, you will be joining our global Tech team and playing a pivotal role in shaping the technical backbone of our operations. In this role, you will take ownership of development initiatives, optimise complex systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive our international growth. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• design, develop, and implement advanced customisations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central that support Westwing’s multi-country, multi-language, and multi-currency operations using AL and related technologies
• lead technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals
• collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions
• optimise and maintain Business Central environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with other systems
• develop and maintain integrations with Westwing’s IT portfolio, leveraging APIs, Power Platform, and other tools
• troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
• continuously evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, and integration tools to drive innovation, automation, and efficiency

YOU COME WITH:
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV, ideally at a Microsoft Partner or end-user
• deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks
• proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions for complex business processes
• strong knowledge of integration techniques, including APIs, Web Services, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• experience leveraging AI-powered tools and services (e.g., Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services, AI Builder) to enhance ERP functionality
• excellent problem-solving skills and experience optimising Business Central performance
• fluency in English (German is a plus)
• strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
