Salla is seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-quality motion content across brand, product, and marketing channels. This role is responsible for shaping a consistent motion language, delivering compelling visual storytelling, and supporting Salla’s growth through impactful, well-crafted motion design.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver motion design projects for brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and product communications.
• Develop, document, and maintain Salla’s motion style guidelines and reusable motion assets.
• Create motion content for social media, paid advertising, website experiences, and product explainers.
• Design and animate product-related motion, including feature explainers, UI animations, and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams to translate concepts into effective motion solutions.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all motion deliverables.
Quality Standards
• Smooth, purposeful motion with clean timing and transitions.
• Clear visual hierarchy and strong readability across platforms.
• Consistent application of Salla’s brand and motion identity.
• Platform-optimized outputs (format, duration, size, and safe areas).
• Well-organized source files and reusable, scalable assets.
Ideal Canditate Profile
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on animation polish.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements:
• 4 to 7+ years of professional experience in motion graphics.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and preferably product/UI motion work.
• Strong understanding of motion design fundamentals, including timing, easing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven visual storytelling and kinetic typography capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging motion narratives.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Tools & Software Proficiency:
• Adobe After Effects (primary)
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing tools
