Senior Motion Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to lead how our brand moves. You’ll be the go-to person for high-end animation and the bridge between design and tech. We need someone who has great taste, stays ahead of what’s trending, and knows how to use motion to tell a story that people actually notice.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Set the Standard: Lead the creation of motion assets for social, digital, and brand projects, ensuring everything we put out is high-quality and on-trend.

• Build Systems: Create motion guidelines and templates so the rest of the team can work faster and keep the brand looking consistent.

• Own the Workflow: Figure out how to use AI and new tools to make our production better and faster.

• Mentor Others: Give clear feedback to other designers and help them improve their animation skills.

• Collaborate: Work directly with creative directors and tech teams to make sure motion is baked into projects from the start, not tacked on at the end.

What You'll Bring 💡

• Solid Experience: You’ve spent years doing this professionally and have a portfolio that proves you can handle complex projects from start to finish.

• Technical Skill: You’re an expert in After Effects and Figma. You should also be very comfortable in 3D (like Cinema 4D or Blender).

• Eye for Design: You understand layout, type, and color just as well as you understand timing and easing.

• Tech Savvy: You’re already using AI tools (like Runway or Midjourney) in your creative process and know how to get the most out of them.

• Communication: You can explain your ideas clearly to people who aren't designers and back up your creative choices with logic.
