WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Join our team as a Senior MLOps Engineer! The Senior MLOps Engineer role focuses on enhancing digital capabilities by efficiently deploying and maintaining AI applications, bridging the gap between data science and IT operations to improve operational efficiency. This position involves collaboration with various departments to design and implement robust AI solutions. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts: Develop and Maintain AI Applications: - Implement AI models using Python. - Utilize Kubernetes for deployment and management. - Perform ETL processes with Python and Spark. - Build and maintain APIs related to AI/ML. - Focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and alignment with product and area objectives. Ensure Code Quality and build deployment pipelines: - Use Git and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Sonar, and Fortify. - Conduct testing with framworks like Pytest. - Monitor and maintain production projects. - Use orchestration tools like Control-M and Airflow Design and Architect AI Solutions: - Design architecture for AI applications in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.). Collaborate with stakeholders: - Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and CTOs. - Mentorship and technical leadership: Guide junior profiles, presenting results to stakeholders, and participating in strategic decisions. EXPERIENCE 3 - 5 years of experience in technology, AI development, data science, and technical leadership roles, with a preference for experience within similar financial institutions. EDUCATION Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE In-depth expertise in data architecture design, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), MLOps frameworks, and AI development tools. Advanced knowledge of AI techniques and LLMs. Desirable: Familiarity with data infrastructure, architecture, IT ecosystem of a Bank company. Proven track record in delivering large-scale AI solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management capabilities, with a keen ability to prioritize, plan, and execute AI projects efficiently. Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance. English (At least B2 level) Desirable: Knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and industry-specific challenges.
