The Senior Microsoft Power Apps Application Developer designs, develops, and delivers Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to support business processes, ensure data integrity, and provide governed, scalable application solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role ensures solutions meet technical, operational, and business requirements while enabling effective adoption and ongoing support.
This is a 6 month contract role.
Requirements:
What you'll do:
• Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to meet business needs.
• Implement Dataverse as the primary data store and migrate data from SharePoint Lists.
• Configure Power Automate flows for data validation, workflow automation, and notifications.
• Apply appropriate security roles, permissions, and governance controls.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and refine solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, including data models, solution designs, and operational guides.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and hyper-care support.
• Troubleshoot and optimise performance of applications, workflows, and data connections.
What you'll bring:
• Proven experience developing Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate solutions.
• Strong consulting skills, including solution architecture design and stakeholder engagement.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform, Dataverse, and governance policies for applications and data.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex workflows, applications, and data integrations.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating across teams and with business stakeholders.
• Experience producing technical documentation and providing end-user training.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver solutions within deadlines.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies are highly desirable.
