• M365 Administration: manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 suite.
• Ensure availability, performance and security of these services.
• Security and Compliance: implement and manage security measures to protect M365 environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Handling of M365 2nd line incidents and requests.
• You will be part of a cross-country M365 team of 12 dedicated professionals in an Agile way of working.

• .4/5+ years of experience in a similar position. 
• Experience in cloud (Azure), security, GDPR, compliance-related matters, data labeling, open to work with various products related to Microsoft365.
• Solid experience in managing Microsoft 365 services
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Purview.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards for cloud services
• Knowledge of networking and identity management in a cloud environment
• Experience in the Banking sector
