Einleitung:
Für eine international aufgestellte Unternehmensgruppe mit Hauptsitz in Hamburg (ca. 2.500 Mitarbeitende weltweit) suchen wir Verstärkung im Microsoft-365-Umfeld.

Das Unternehmen befindet sich aktuell in einer größeren Modernisierungsphase der IT-Landschaft. Ziel ist es, gewachsene Strukturen zu konsolidieren, On-Prem-Umgebungen schrittweise zu transformieren und die globale Microsoft-365- und Azure-Plattform strategisch weiterzuentwickeln.

Die Rolle verbindet operativen Plattformbetrieb mit architektonischem Gestaltungsspielraum.

Deine Aufgaben:
Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Plattform und sorgst gleichzeitig für einen stabilen Betrieb der bestehenden Infrastruktur.

Schwerpunkte der Rolle:

• Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb der Microsoft-365-Umgebung (u. a. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)

• Architektur- und Designentscheidungen im Modern-Workplace-Umfeld

• Administration und Absicherung der E-Mail-Infrastruktur sowie Identity- und Zugriffskonzepte

• Unterstützung bei der Transformation hybrider Infrastrukturen und schrittweisen Ablösung von On-Prem-Systemen

• Mitarbeit an IT-Security-Themen wie Systemhärtung, Konfigurationsüberwachung und Schwachstellenmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit Security-Teams bzw. einem externen SOC

• Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastruktur- und Migrationsprojekten

• Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams

• Weiterentwicklung von technischen Standards, Dokumentation und Betriebsprozessen

Darüber hinaus arbeitest du eng mit internationalen Standorten zusammen und unterstützt dabei, globale Standards für die Microsoft-Plattform zu etablieren.

Dein Profil:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld (z. B. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Endpoint)

• Erfahrung mit hybriden Umgebungen sowie Transformation von On-Prem-Infrastrukturen in Cloud-Services

• Gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Windows Server und E-Mail-Infrastruktur

• Verständnis für Security-Themen rund um Identity, Zugriffskonzepte und Plattformhärtung

• Erfahrung in Infrastruktur- oder Migrationsprojekten

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, technische Themen konzeptionell weiterzuentwickeln

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
