The Senior Microsoft 365 Applications & Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, C#, and SQL. This role focuses on building SharePoint-based business applications, business process automation, data integrations, and digital workplace solutions, while ensuring platform governance, performance optimization, and operational support. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop SharePoint Online applications including custom lists, workflows, integrations, and business applications.  
• Build SharePoint-based solutions supporting enterprise collaboration, business processes, and data management.  
• Implement business process automation using Power Automate workflows, hosted and Power Apps forms/applications, and CoPilot.  
• Develop backend automation services using C#/.NET including console applications, APIs, and scheduled jobs.  
• Build and maintain SQL-based data integrations supporting reporting, automation, and enterprise applications.  
• Develop automated report feeds and ETL processes using C#, Power Automate, and Azure services.  
• Monitor and optimize SharePoint Online storage utilization and platform performance.  
• Manage Power Platform environments and ensure governance, security, and resource optimization.  
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for SharePoint, Power Platform, and automation services.  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.  

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Power Platform development  
• Proven experience delivering enterprise automation and business application solutions  
• Experience supporting production enterprise platforms and applications 
• Required Skills: • SharePoint Online development and solution architecture  
• Power Automate workflow development  
• Power Apps form and application development  
• C# / .NET development (console apps, services, APIs)  
• SQL database development and querying  
• Azure services and integrations  
• Business process automation design
