Senior Methodology Engineer, CAD Tooling

We are currently looking for a Methodology/CAD Engineer to join our team! In this role you'll be building solutions to boost productivity and efficiency of our custom circuit designs. You will be engaging with multi-functional teams to ensure the robustness of the designs that will have direct impact across all product lines. What you'll be doing: Work within a multi-functional team on various projects involving Pre-silicon and Post Silicon hardware design and related data Work with different design teams to understand design needs and evaluate different CAD tools through creating test cases and evaluations runs Work closely with design engineers to support the existing development infrastructure, identify possible improvements and solutions Employ good software engineering practices to develop complex and scalable systems What we need to see: MS (PhD preferred) in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in VLSI CAD flows and methodology is required Good programming skills in multiple languages (C++, Tcl, Python, Makefile or other scripting languages) Prior experience with tool development, testing and evaluation is required Good interpersonal skills, quick learner, proactive, innovative, highly motivated, and committed.
