Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist to lead high-performance paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads.

This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer with strong expertise in scaling paid social campaigns for customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage the full paid social lifecycle—from campaign strategy and creative testing to optimization and scaling—while driving measurable results.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, understands platform algorithms, and can build creative-driven campaigns that convert. Experience working with DTC brands or eCommerce businesses is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and execute creative-first advertising strategies designed to perform on TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
• Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, hooks, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion metrics.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitable customer acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting short-form video ads optimized for TikTok and Meta Algorithms.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and conversion tracking frameworks.
• Produce performance reports and provide insights to improve overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
• Proven expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Strong experience using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience running creative-driven paid social campaigns, particularly short-form video ads.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS and cost-efficient scaling.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and scaling campaigns successfully.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Experience with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands or eCommerce businesses is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
