The team you will be part of

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Senior Merchandiser to join our team. As a Senior Merchandising Executive, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive e-commerce product content that not only informs but also inspires action. 

As a Senior Merchandising Executive, you will take charge of:

Analyzing big campaign merchandising performance

Create strategy plan on how optimizing store merchandising to support on improving client's sales conversions

Plan and execute Merchandising strategy to enhance client's shop management performance

Translating client's message and brief into merchandising plan

Implementing creative request from the client (end to end from requesting, quality checking and getting approval from the brand)

Build strong relationships with the client and platform

Ensure all account / store KPIs are met

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or any related fields

Ability to think outside the box and create compelling ideas to enhance client's shop management performance

Good understanding of merchandising success metrics

Good understanding of e-Commerce environment

Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

Have min. 2 years working experience

Have experience in e-commerce is preferable
