About the job

A Senior Medical Manager for Dermatology on the Dupixent team serves as a strategic medical expert and scientific leader, bridging clinical science, medical affairs, and business objectives to support the successful use of Dupixent in dermatological conditions (primarily atopic dermatitis and other approved indications).

Main responsibilities:

1. Medical Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the medical strategy for Dupixent in dermatology indications within Brazil

- Provide scientific leadership and medical expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders

- Align local medical plans with global/regional medical strategies

- Contribute to brand strategy from a medical/scientific perspective

2. Scientific Communication & Education

- Deliver scientific presentations and training to healthcare professionals (HCPs)

- Develop and review medical/scientific content for educational materials

- Organize and participate in advisory boards, symposia, and medical congresses

- Respond to medical information requests from HCPs

- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in dermatology

3. Clinical & Evidence Generation

- Support clinical trial activities and investigator-initiated studies

- Contribute to real-world evidence (RWE) generation and publication strategies

- Monitor and communicate emerging clinical data and competitive intelligence

- Ensure scientific rigor in all medical activities

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with commercial, market access, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance teams

- Provide medical input to marketing campaigns and promotional materials

- Support market access initiatives with clinical evidence and expertise

- Collaborate with patient advocacy groups

5. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, industry codes, and company policies

- Monitor and report safety signals and adverse events

- Maintain pharmacovigilance standards

- Uphold ethical medical practices

About you

Required Competencies

• Physician

• Already work in Multinational Pharma Companies

• Clinical Expertise: Deep knowledge of immunology, and biologics

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute medical strategies

• Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Leadership: Ability to influence without authority across functions

• Compliance: Strong understanding of regulatory and ethical requirements

• Scientific Acumen: Critical evaluation of clinical data and literature

• Data driven : already use for build medical strategies and tactical plan

• MSLs management & plan communication and tactical orientation
