Their teams are structured by specialization (Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative, Commerce) and are deeply focused on executional excellence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

The Commerce team is a core growth driver, with a strong emphasis on Programmatic Media, Amazon DSP, and Retail Media, supporting complex accounts that require rigorous QA, pacing, and reporting standards.

About the Role – Programmatic Specialist / Senior Media Strategist

We’re hiring a Programmatic Specialist / Senior Media Strategist to support our client’s Commerce team. This role is highly execution-focused and hands-on, responsible for building, managing, pacing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across multiple client accounts.

While the role is primarily internal-facing, you’ll collaborate closely with US-based team members and may participate in client calls over time. Success in this role requires strong platform knowledge, clear communication, and excellent project management skills.

This position is open to LATAM-based professionals only and works primarily on Eastern Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and related platforms
• Own campaign execution, including setup, pacing, optimization, and campaign QA
• Monitor budgets closely to ensure accurate delivery and minimize errors
• Pull performance reports, analyze results, and surface actionable insights
• Support campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBR inputs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement optimizations and updates
• Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple accounts using Asana
• Collaborate with media partners and platforms to bring innovative solutions to campaigns
• Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities within Programmatic


Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience executing Programmatic campaigns in an agency or performance-driven environment
• Strong practical experience building, managing, pacing, and optimizing campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to own execution end-to-end, including campaign setup, budget pacing, optimization, and campaign QA
• Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Clear, proactive communication skills and strong internal collaboration habits
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong project management skills
• Comfortable working primarily in an internal, execution-focused role with limited direct client interaction
