Who We Are:
Every industry has a moment when technology finally catches up to the people doing the work.
We are building that moment for legal.
Neostella creates connected legal technology that brings together the data, workflows, and systems legal teams rely on every day.
Our platform helps firms move faster, collaborate more effectively, and focus on delivering stronger outcomes for their clients.
We believe the legal industry deserves more from its technology. That belief drives us to challenge the status quo and build systems designed for the way modern teams actually work.
We build with courage and measure our work by the impact it creates for our customers.
Recognized as one of Forbes’ Best Startup Employers in the Americas for 2026, we are growing with people who want their work to matter.
If you want to build software that changes how an industry operates, you belong here. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Media Designer to join our team!
Why this role matters right now:
We’re at a pivotal stage of growth, and video has become one of the most powerful ways we tell our story. As we expand our brand presence across social, advertising, and internal communications, we need a Senior Media Designer who can fully own and elevate our video strategy and execution.
This role is critical in shaping how we show up on screen—externally and internally. From high-performing social and ad campaigns to engaging internal and culture-driven videos, you’ll lead the creation of compelling, on-brand content that captures attention and drives impact. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership to turn ideas into dynamic visual stories that resonate with our audiences.
If you’re excited to take full creative ownership of video, bring fresh ideas to the table, and build a best-in-class media presence across every channel, this is an opportunity to make a visible and meaningful impact right now.
What you’ll manage:
As Senior Media Designer, you will lead the creative direction and execution of all video and motion content across the organization. You’ll own the full lifecycle of video production—from concept and scripting to editing and final delivery—ensuring every piece of content aligns with Neostella’s brand and business objectives.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to support campaigns, product storytelling, events, and internal communications through high-impact video. This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing at a high level—balancing creative storytelling with speed, scalability, and performance.
In addition to producing standout video content, you’ll help define motion standards, mentor contributors, collaborate with our creative agency, and continuously push the quality and effectiveness of our media presence forward.
What you bring:
We’re looking for a creative leader who combines strong storytelling instincts with technical expertise in video and motion design. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of your work, and are comfortable leading projects from concept through execution.
You don’t wait for direction—you identify opportunities, bring ideas forward, and continuously look for ways to improve how we show up visually. You bring both vision and execution: the ability to guide creative direction while delivering high-quality work yourself.
You’re collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with U.S.-based teams. Most importantly, you care deeply about creating video content that captures attention, communicates clearly, and drives meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead creative ideation and production for all video content across social media, paid advertising, campaigns, website, events, and internal communications
• Own and enforce brand standards across all motion and video assets, ensuring consistency in tone, style, pacing, and storytelling
• Translate briefs into strong video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and scalable motion systems
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to designers or editors contributing to video and motion projects
• Proactively recommend new formats, styles, and execution approaches to improve engagement and performance
• Partner with Neostella’s creative agency to ensure alignment across campaigns, motion graphics, and storytelling
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, balancing quick-turn content with larger campaign productions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, leadership, and internal teams to align video with business goals
• Maintain organized media libraries including raw footage, final edits, templates, and motion assets
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through thorough proofreading and attention to detail
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience as a senior-level designer focused on video, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand, marketing, and storytelling work
• Experience providing creative direction and mentoring or managing designers
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients strongly preferred
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and other tools
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Ability to take ownership and operate independently without constant supervision
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Strategic thinker who can balance creative vision with execution
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with U.S.-based teams
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
