Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer with deep expertise in paid advertising and performance marketing. This is a high-impact remote role where you will manage and scale multi-platform campaigns, optimize ad performance, and drive revenue growth. Ideal for candidates experienced in handling large ad budgets and delivering consistent ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage high-budget paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy
• Monitor and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns
• Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
• Proven track record managing ad budgets of $50,000+/month
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with TikTok Ads and other emerging platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.)
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnels
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with eCommerce or lead generation clients preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams
