8+ years of experience in structural and/or thermal analysis

Deep expertise with FEA tools (NASTRAN, Simcenter, or similar)

Strong understanding of spacecraft structural and/or thermal environments

Experience correlating analysis with test (vibration, thermal, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction within a specialized domain

Bonus Points: :

Experience with spacecraft-level analysis and qualification

Familiarity with ESA ECSS or NASA standards

Experience supporting both unit-level and system-level development
