The Role

As a Senior Marketing & Web Designer, you’ll be a leading creative force in how the world perceives Connecteam. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just design, but thinks strategically about our visual narrative.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of complex projects, moving fluidly between shaping our web presence and creating impactful physical brand experiences. Your goal is to ensure every output is intentional, story-led, and of the highest craft, while partnering with stakeholders to bring our platform's mission to life across every touchpoint.

Ownership & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Web Design: Partner in the evolution of our website and landing pages. You’ll design responsive web experiences that aren’t just beautiful, but tell a clear story and align with our brand DNA and strategic goals.

• End-to-End Execution: Take full charge of large-scale design projects from the initial "why?" to the final pixel. You’ll manage the creative process, timelines, and ensure the highest quality of output without needing hand-holding.

• Brand Evolution: Play a key role in keeping our visual identity fresh, premium, and scalable. You’ll be a guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across every medium.

• Design Without Borders: Seamlessly transition between digital-first projects (site, landing pages) and physical brand experiences for our global conferences (booths, print collateral, and swag).

• Creative Partnership: Collaborate with Content, HR, and Product Marketing to bring a design-first perspective to the company’s biggest initiatives, elevating the overall quality of our communications.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in marketing & web design at a product company, startup, or leading agency – Required.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-end web design and brand identity work. We want to see strong typography, sophisticated layouts, and an eye for systems.

• Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design – Required.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite – Required.

• Proven experience in both digital environments (web/mobile) and physical/print production (events, booths, etc.) – Required.

• Experience in B2B or SaaS – Required.

• Excellent English communication skills – Required.

• Motion design / After Effects skills / AI tools – Advantage.
