Position Summary:

As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, this role independently leads, manages, and executes a wide range of marketing initiatives with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities will include spearheading proposal development, creating and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and managing social media platforms. Develops engaging content such as blogs, graphics, and videos to enhance our brand presence. Collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Executives, and other departments to craft multi-million-dollar proposals for project pursuits. Oversees the entire proposal process from kickoff to the creation of visually compelling layouts and content, while ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.

What You Will Do:
• Oversee content creation, ensuring brand standards are maintained across all marketing materials, and manage approvals from senior stakeholders.

• Assemble, proofread, and edit proposal content in Adobe InDesign, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Lead the design and development of custom proposal templates, ensuring consistency with PRIME’s brand standards through graphics, infographics, photography, and other creative design elements.

• Design and produce project interview presentation materials using PowerPoint and InDesign.

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand positioning and market reach.

• Create marketing collateral, including blogs, graphics, videos, social media posts and presentations that support business development goals.

• Collaborate with Project Executives to strategize and develop proposal content, including writing, editing, and refining technical narratives.

• Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.

• Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.

• Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field and four to five years of progressive marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the AEC industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proven ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and exercise discretion in marketing and proposal development.

• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.

• Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make recommendations that align with company goals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in grammar, factual accuracy, and graphic layouts, to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards.
