You’ll be the go-to person for creating content, designing assets, and managing campaigns that make complex technology exciting and accessible.

What You’ll Do
• Create and design marketing assets for social media, sales collateral, and events
• Write compelling content that tells our story and engages customers
• Manage the marketing pipeline— from social posts to HubSpot campaigns
• Support the sales team with quick-turnaround materials and lead generation tools
• Plan and execute Dcubed’s presence at trade shows and industry events
• Experiment and learn fast— leverage AI tools, analytics, and new platforms to scale our reach
• Collaboratewith engineers, sales, and leadership to keep marketing customer-centric and aligned with business goals

Here is what you bring to the table:
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing (or a strong internship + first job)
• Strong writing and design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Experience in paid digital marketing (campaigns, optimizing, conversions, budgeting..)
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new ones
• Native or near-native English speaker
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to simplify technical concepts
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage projects independently
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and grow with the company
• Eligible to work in Germany
• Based in or near Munich (hybrid work)
