● Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts that enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messaging.
● Develop and manage communication content for the company website, PR channels, and the mobile application to ensure a consistent brand voice
● Work with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of effective digital content for marketing activities and brand awareness.
● Manage and optimize Adjust and other marketing technology platforms to track user acquisition, attribution, and in-app behavior.
● Coordinate with vendors to ensure the precise application of digital ads across various platforms, maintaining technical accuracy in tracking links and campaign parameters.
● Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across Radio, Social Media, TVC, Billboards (OOH), and other emerging channels.
● Create comprehensive reports and assessments on campaign performance, providing actionable insights into ROI, CAC, and LTV.
● Conduct continuous competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer shifts.
● Build data-backed business cases to support and justify new marketing initiatives and strategic pivots.
Participate in deciding the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across various services and platforms.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech, telecom, or FMCG sectors in Iraq.
