What we are looking for
Desired education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems or Statistics.
General knowledge
Sound knowledge of the Internet
Solid understanding of basic copywriting
Strong web writing skills
Experience
Must have customer service experience in any industry.
Part-time experience / summer job / internship is a must
Basic HTML experience (an advantage)
Advertising agency experience (a plus)
Any digital marketing experience (a plus)
Experience with Google Analytics (a plus)

What you will do
Responsibilities
Search engine optimisation of the client's website (on-page SEO)
Working with senior digital marketing specialists and supporting them on some of our most important campaigns and client accounts
Developing an SEO content strategy so that our editorial team can create
Digital marketing campaign reporting
Analyse competitors' websites and online marketing initiatives.
Customer SEO and PPC campaign management
Fixing technical problems in the backend of websites
Optimisation of web content for keywords related to the client's products and services.
Email marketing campaign management
Carrying out A/B testing, website usability and website conversion rates
Driving customer success on the web
Percentage breakdown
5% analysing customer competition
10% drafting of advertising copy, e-mails, etc.
10% creating revenue, ROI and traffic reports for client campaigns
10% on customer strategy and analysis
15% managing other digital marketing campaigns, i.e. email, CRO, etc.
15% content construction/development strategy
15% managing client advertising campaigns
20% updating website content
Note: The Jr. Digital Marketing Specialist is not a client-facing position.
