About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive B2B growth, client acquisition, and revenue contribution. This role can be either:
Hybrid/In-Person: Leading a small marketing team (2+ people) and driving strategy.
Remote: Individual contributor with full hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline.
Build lifecycle marketing programs to increase client retention, repeat orders, and lifetime value (LTV).
Lead go-to-market planning, seasonal campaigns, and annual marketing calendar.
Manage marketing automation systems, including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
Oversee digital marketing, content campaigns, and paid acquisition channels.
Monitor KPIs including MQLs, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue influenced by marketing.
Required Qualifications:
Hybrid/In-Person: Minimum 4 years managing marketing teams of 2+ people.
Remote: Proven ability to independently manage the full marketing scope for B2B growth, with occasional travel to the job site.
Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent).
Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
Experience aligning marketing strategy with sales in a B2B environment.
Data-driven, analytical mindset with comfort using dashboards and KPIs to guide strategy.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
