Team mission

We're seeking an ambitious and customer-obsessed Senior App Growth Manager to drive paid acquisition and growth for our mobile app across key channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other performance marketing platforms. This is a critical role at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Brand, contributing to how millions of travelers around the world discover and download GetYourGuide.

You'll bring strategic thinking and app-first execution to your campaigns, build and optimize paid growth engines across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels that scale globally, and design user acquisition strategies that make our app the most inspiring and seamless way to discover and book travel experiences.

Your mission

• Drive app growth through paid acquisition: Develop and execute a global paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other performance channels, with clear growth targets and measurable impact on app installs and user quality.

• Optimize and scale paid campaigns: Build, test, and scale user acquisition campaigns across key channels. You will contribute to 6-12 month planning, maintain a 3-month view of hypotheses and opportunities, and continuously optimize targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and drive efficient growth.

• Tackle complex challenges with velocity: Innovate by solving complex paid acquisition challenges—delivering solutions faster without compromising quality. Balance strategic planning with agile execution to adapt to market changes and new opportunities.

• Enable cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, data, and creative teams using strong stakeholder management skills to ensure paid campaigns align with broader app-first growth initiatives.

Your toolkit

• 6+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or app growth, with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns globally

• Strong expertise in Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, with hands-on campaign management and strategic planning experience

• Deep knowledge of mobile measurement frameworks, attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), and performance optimization

• Experience with ASO, funnel optimization, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements

• Strategic mindset: Ability to contribute to 6-12 month planning while maintaining a clear 3-month execution roadmap

• Analytical excellence: Make decisions through analytical techniques and domain precedent, translating insights into strategic and tactical actions

• Project and stakeholder management skills: Navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to influence and align across teams

• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in person interaction in our office 3+ days per week
