Senior Marketing & Content Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing & Content Lead who’s ready to enhance and elevate our growing brand. Newcode.ai is well-positioned and has a solid foundation. In this role, you’ll shape our storytelling, boost our visual identity, and help us stand out in a competitive landscape. Core Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing, content, and design strategy that amplifies our brand’s unique story
• Refine our brand identity, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and sales to reflect our innovation through every campaign

Content & Design Excellence

• Produce high-impact content (copy, visuals, campaigns) for web, social, sales, and external communications
• Craft powerful narratives and visual materials to set Newcode.ai apart

Growth & Expansion

• Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize for visibility and engagement

• Identify opportunities to strengthen our market presence
• Build relationships with external freelancers, agencies, and vendors as needed
• Lay the groundwork for scaling the marketing function, including future team building

Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior marketing or content/design role, ideally in rapidly scaling tech or startup environments

• Strong portfolio showing creative campaigns and brand/visual transformations

• Hands-on expertise in brand strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and team leadership
• Data-driven problem solver, able to interpret and act on marketing analytics
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills with fluency in English (other languages as bonus)
• Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally
• Up to date with the latest marketing, content, and design trends
