What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Senior Market Risk Manager to serve as the core risk authority overseeing market exposure generated by the firm’s economic decision functions, ensuring it is controlled, survivable, and consistent with the firm’s risk tolerance across all market conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

Define and enforce firm-wide standards for acceptable market exposure across varying liquidity, volatility, and regime conditions.

Monitor exposure behaviour and loss dynamics to ensure adverse outcomes remain contained, explainable, and non-compounding.

Establish escalation thresholds and intervention criteria for market stress, regime breaks, and structural exposure failures.

Challenge assumptions underlying exposure persistence, concentration, and correlation during periods of elevated uncertainty.

Act as the primary risk authority during market stress events, ensuring timely decision-making and post-event review.

Ensure that exposure reduction, suspension, or disengagement actions are taken decisively when risk tolerance is breached.

Produce senior-level risk assessments and escalation communications grounded in observed behaviour, not forecasts or targets.

Ensure lessons from stress events and loss episodes are incorporated into future risk standards and controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering; advanced qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are highly desirable.

At least 5+ years’ experience in senior market risk, trading risk, or exposure oversight roles within a market-driven environment.

Demonstrated involvement in exposure governance across fast and slow risk horizons

Strong intuitive understanding of Latency, liquidity, and flow-driven loss dynamics.

Comfortable exercising authority under pressure and escalating early. 

Hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, and liquidity bridge technologies (e.g., OneZero).

Working Schedule:

On-Site – Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
