Your Mission:

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our ranks. This person will be responsible for all aspects of functional testing of a web-based software development project. Manual, and some automated testing should be performed. This position will work with the development teams to define, develop, and execute test plans and test cases, using industry standard practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with both R&D and Product teams to find the best technical solution that suits the business needs
• Have a critical eye for detail and be motivated to explore our products in pursuit of identifying problems that will be important for our customers.
• Define and implement quality assurance practices and procedures for the company's software.
• Design and implement tests.
• Work with business owners to develop acceptance criteria
• Write test documentation such as test cases and scenarios
• Troubleshooting test environment and application configuration issues

Requirements:
• 5 years technical experience as a professional QA Engineer.
• Demonstrable experience in test design and test execution
• Comfortable with both UI and backend testing
• Demonstrable experience in test design and test execution.
• Experience with API, microservices.
• Web-service testing experience (frontend, backend).
• Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Understanding and experience in Agile (scrum) environments.
• Understand and analyze product requirements and communicate with product management teams.
• Must be a self-starter, quick learner, attentive to details, able to multi-task, and have excellent initiative.
• Experience working closely with the development team.
• Very good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good English communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of SQL (My SQL, MS SQL, etc)
