Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Manager – Wellness , to join our visionary Hospitality team. This pivotal role drives the strategic development of fitness, spa, and holistic wellness experiences across our hotel and mixed-use portfolio, from market insights to master planning, concept design and shaping next-generation offerings that integrate performance, recovery, wellbeing, lifestyle, and therapeutic, aligned with the vision and pillars of Qiddiya.
Key Responsibilities
• Market & Concept Research: Support ongoing research into emerging global trends in fitness, wellness therapies, spa innovation, sports recovery, biohacking, and integrative wellbeing.
• Concept Development: Contribute to the creation of differentiated concepts such as signature Spas, premium fitness and wellness centers, tailoring concepts to specific asset types, districts and demographic targets.
• Operational Briefs: Prepare or support the development of comprehensive Wellness operational briefs detailing concept intent, guest journey and experience flow, spatial planning and zoning, and technical requirements.
• Treatment & Program Development: Support the creation of wellness programs, treatment menus, and performance/recovery protocols.
• Procurement & Equipment Support: Collaborate with the Procurement team to evaluate and recommend tabletop, kitchen, and bar equipment solutions that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Project Assistance: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with financial targets and operational schedules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Assists in coordinating with third-party operators, consultants, and internal teams to support smooth execution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and summary documents for the Director to aid decision-making.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Sports Science, Wellness/Spa Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in spa, fitness or wellness operations and/or development, preferably within luxury hospitality or wellness brands.
• Wellness expertise: Understanding of spa, fitness/gyms and wellness operations, and awareness of current trends and concept innovation.
• Project & Financial Awareness: Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and project planning; ability to balance creative ideas with practical considerations.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills, able to coordinate effectively with chefs, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
• Mindset: Passion for wellbeing and hospitality, with a proactive and practical approach to implementing new ideas.
