Spannende Aufgaben für Dich:
Du arbeitest remote oder vor Ort beim Mandanten in Projekten im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling und übernimmst beispielsweise folgende Tätigkeiten:
• Definition von Zielbildern für zukünftige Finance-IT-Landschaften bei unseren Mandanten
• Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Definition von Anforderungen an die Finanzsysteme
• Auswahl geeigneter (Cloud-)ERP-Systeme für unsere Mandanten

• Konzeptionelle Beratung bei der Definition finanzrelevanter Datenstrukturen in (Cloud-)ERP-Systemen (bspw. Steuerungsmodell, Kostenstellen-/Profitcenterstrukturen, Kontenpläne, Stammdatenmodelle etc.)
• Fachliche Beratung zu finanz- und bilanzierungsrelevanten Fragestellungen bei deren Umsetzung in ERP-Systemen (bspw. Umsatzrealisierung und -abgrenzung, parallele Rechnungslegung, Intercompany-Prozesse etc.)
• Fachliche Definition und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und Schnittstellen
• Steuerung größerer Projekte, Teilprojekte oder Workstreams innerhalb komplexer Finance-Transformationsprojekte
• Übernahme von Projektmanagementrollen bei der Implementierung von (Cloud-)ERP-Systemen, z. B. in den Bereichen Testing, Cut-Over, Migration oder PMO
• Verantwortung für Mandantenbeziehungen und direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheidungsträgern auf Finance- und Management-Ebene
• Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau von Teams sowie aktive Unterstützung jüngerer Kolleginnen und Kollegen
• Unterstützung bei Akquisitionstätigkeiten, Angebotserstellung, Business Development sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Effectiveness-Praxis
• Mitarbeit bei Fachpublikationen oder innovativer Themenentwicklung

Fähigkeiten mit denen Du punktest:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder in einer Finance-/IT-Funktion eines Industrieunternehmens
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Finance-End-to-End-Prozessen sowie Erfahrung in Finance-Transformationen, ERP-Implementierungen oder -Transformationsprojekten
• Erfahrung in der Auswahl, Konzeption oder Einführung von (Cloud-)ERP-Systemen wie SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday oder Oracle
• Kenntnisse in Themen wie Testing, Cut-Over, Migration, PMO und fachlicher Implementierungsbegleitung

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten und der Führung von Teams
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten im Mandantenumfeld
• Interesse an Business Development, Angebotserstellung und dem Ausbau von Mandantenbeziehungen
• Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
