About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to join our [B2C, B2B, B2C/B2B Platform teams] and lead complex, cross-functional technical programs. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of core capabilities and services that power Dow Jones's suite of enterprise products. As a key leader, you will drive the successful delivery of technical programs that are foundational to Dow Jones's offerings and critical to the success of multiple business units.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical leader to shape how mission-critical data is delivered at scale—Dow Jones powers risk and decision-making for some of the world's most dynamic global businesses.

You Will:

Lead complex, cross-functional programs that align stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and deliver measurable business impact.
Manage and develop three or more employees, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance across technical and program disciplines.
Translate strategic vision into execution, anticipating industry and technology shifts to shape priorities and ensure business-critical projects succeed.
Simplify complexity, driving quality, reliability, and operational efficiency through scalable processes and data-driven decision-making.
Communicate with clarity and influence, turning complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that drive alignment across teams and executive leadership.

You Have:

10+ years of project or program management experience.
Advanced program management expertise, with a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-stream initiatives across complex, high-visibility programs.
Strong data and analytical skills, including experience building KPI frameworks, leveraging predictive analytics, and applying BI tools to drive informed decisions.
Robust business and financial acumen, skilled in budgeting, margin optimization, and interpreting financial performance across portfolios and vendor partnerships.
Proficiency in compliance and risk management, embedding governance and mitigation strategies into program planning and execution.
Strategic leadership within PMO and product frameworks, owning enterprise-level programs, guiding transformation initiatives, advising senior stakeholders, and mentoring program managers.
