What's it all about: This Senior Manager role will focus on optimising strategy, planning, performance and execution across the Retail and Private Bank within the Account team of one of our Signature clients Strategy Supporting the overarching Retail and Private Bank strategic account plan, whilst being responsible for end to end planning and delivery of multiple projects Leveraging internal and external insights to identify opportunities for developing and enabling new initiatives which will introduce Visa products and services to drive growth and improve the customer experience Planning Own and execute in a programmatic fashion on Retail and Private Bank initiatives as well as supporting innovation workshops and thought leadership Performance and Execution Understanding and managing key components of the contract as well as relationships with key stakeholders and leading operational excellence through smooth delivery from construct to execution of agreements across various initiatives What we expect of you day to day: As a Senior manager your responsibilities will include: Oversee lead and coordinate core business management activities including facilitating weekly and monthly business reviews tracking contractual commitments and driving client action plans through internal and client facing governance forums Develop monitor and track progress against annual strategic execution plans ensuring all joint initiative roadmaps are created communicated and effectively managed to achieve business objectives Coordinate organize and drive cross functional engagement to ensure alignment and progress on key strategic priorities leveraging strong project management methodologies for successful outcomes Identify gather and interpret data and insight requirements across multiple business areas collaborating with stakeholders to operationalize delivery and ensure data driven decision making throughout the project lifecycle Leverage both internal and external insights to provide thought leadership identify new business opportunities and support the development of commercially viable business cases and strategic plans partner with clients to enhance the payments ecosystem increasing client value and improving customer experiences Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate responsibilities maintain accurate client stakeholder mapping arrange and manage events and oversee joint workstreams ensuring smooth project execution and transparent communication Represent Retail and Private Bank requirements in projects and initiatives that require coordination across all client portfolios be the client ambassador across Visa and the Visa ambassador across the client ensuring project deliverables are met and business objectives are achieved Plan execute and monitor projects using proven project management techniques proactively identify risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones Prepare comprehensive project documentation status reports and post implementation reviews to share insights lessons learned and best practices with stakeholders and leadership teams Facilitate project meetings workshops and innovation sessions fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes Build strong working relationships with the client and take ownership of various forums ensuring regular cadence and mutual accountability This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
