Translate strategic intent into actionable capabilities by enabling alignment, execution, and integration of strategic priorities. To ensure that strategy is understood and embedded in operational rhythms, decision-making and track strategic KPIs.
Minimum Qualification: 
• First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting (Required)
• Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce (Preferred)
Experience Required :
• 8 - 10 years experience in Business Support
• Able to demonstrate experience managing broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics
• Experience influencing and inspiring teams or business leads in driving transformational change through the delivery of strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies within a banking context operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Outputs :
• Develop/reference frameworks to facilitate strategic priority setting and translate strategy into business priorities.
• Guide business leaders and programme managers on aligning initiatives to strategic goals.
• Identify competitive enablers to recommend strategic interventions, and assess internal capabilities and market dynamics to inform strategic positioning.
• Contribute to the development of flexible operating models and client value propositions ensuring that the organisation remains agile, client-centric, and future-ready.
• Support the initial scoping and documentation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
