If you want to put your skills to work where the stakes are real and the mission is bigger than any one person, forge the future with Voyager.

This individual will manage the FCT and the PAM Crew, define and execute training plans for both the FCT and Crew, build and own FCT training and tracking systems as the certification authority, and own the Crew training schedule in coordination with NASA, SpaceX, Voyager, payload customers, and Baseline Data Collection (BDC) stakeholders.

In this role, the essential functions are:

• Manage the FCT through all phases of training, simulation, and real-time mission execution.

• Define, develop, and own the FCT training plan, including curriculum, simulation campaigns, and certification standards.

• Serve as the certification authority for FCT qualifications, maintaining training records and tracking progress against milestones.

• Design and execute integrated simulation campaigns, from early partial sims through full-up integrated sims, coordinating scenario development and evaluation.

• Ensure the FCT is operationally ready; not only technically proficient but trained to communicate effectively, follow flight rules, and work within the broader mission team structure in alignment with NASA expectations.

Crew Training

• Ensure crew training activities are integrated with FCT simulations to build a cohesive, mission-ready team.

Real-Time Operations & Execution

• Serve as the senior FCT authority during real-time mission execution, making time-critical decisions in coordination with NASA flight operations.

• Apply deep familiarity with ISS FOD real-time operations protocols, flight rules, and anomaly management to guide the team through nominal and contingency situations.

• Maintain strong working relationships with NASA and SpaceX counterparts, ensuring Voyager operations remain aligned to standards and expectations throughout training and execution.

Stakeholder & Program Support

• Interface confidently and regularly with NASA, SpaceX, customers, and internal Voyager leadership to represent FCT and Crew training status and readiness.

• Identify and resolve training schedule conflicts, gaps, or readiness risks proactively, communicating impacts and mitigations to stakeholders.

• Support business development and mission planning activities as needed, providing subject matter expertise on FCT and crew training requirements.

• Maintain documentation of training program status, certification records, and schedule in accordance with Voyager and NASA standards

Supervisor Responsibilities
